Outer Harbor is THE outdoor entertainment venue in Buffalo. Set against the breathtaking backdrop of Lake Erie, Terminal B is an unforgettable destination hosting another eclectic array of national artists for the 2025 Outer Harbor Live series presented by Seneca Buffalo Creek Casino.
Following a successful debut season in 2024, Terminal B’s line up for 2025 will feature no less than 20 concerts from all genres including headliners such as Simple Plan, Psychedelic Furs, Megan Moroney, Barenaked Ladies, and more.
Bob the Drag Queen and Rebecca Black will light up the stage in celebration of Buffalo Pride on June 28 to benefit Evergreen Health Foundation and Niagara Pride. And, on August 2, don’t miss a free evening with the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra joined by Frank DeSare and Capathia Jenkins for an evening entitled “Frank and The Great Ladies of Song.” This fresh take on songbook classics is touted as Broadway brass meets old-school class.
And this September Outer Harbor will host Music is Art, a not-for-profit founded in 2003 by Goo Goo Dolls bassist and Buffalo resident, Robby Takac. This waterfront music festival, a hyperlocal spin on Coachella, will highlight various local talent with small stages and engaging experiences set up throughout the park.
“We are excited to launch another season of music, festivals, and family-friendly activities and entertainment at Outer Harbor,” said Lauren Moloney, General Manager, Buffalo Waterfront. “There is something for everyone at this amazing waterfront venue, from fitness and food to music and art. We’re eager to usher in the warm summer months and welcome visitors and locals alike to one of the best venues for savoring this spectacular season and waterfront views in Buffalo.”
Wilkeson Pointe Reopens in 2025
The 7-acre park that runs along the water edge and Fuhrmann Blvd is reopening for relaxation and recreation this season with exciting new outdoor experiences including watersport rentals, sport courts, and a new park golf course.
“Park golf is a Japanese style game,” explained Lauren. “The new course will be an approachable, quick round of golf that can best be described as a cross between mini putt, a par 3 course, and croquet. We’ll have equipment available on site for ages 5 and up.”
The Pointe will also feature a new restaurant opening this spring, Perro & Poni, a seasonal Tex-Mex concept in partnership with managers of the popular Dog & Pony in South Buffalo.
For music lovers, Wilkeson Pointe will offer Sounds of Buffalo, a free local concert series on the event lawn in partnership with Buffalo Music Club. This series will give local artists the opportunity to grow their fanbase through small, intimate performances all summer long.
Mark your calendar for Wednesday night outdoor movie nights at Wilkeson Pointe and family-friendly programming themed around the weekly feature film throughout the month of July.
