ROAR Logistics continues a proud tradition of community giving, delivering donations to support a local family through the Buffalo Hearing & Speech Center’s annual Holiday Drive. This year marks ROAR’s 17th consecutive year partnering with the organization, with associates raising over $1,300 to purchase gifts and essentials that will help make the season brighter for a deserving family.

Community impact is woven into ROAR’s DNA. As part of Rich Entertainment Group’s (REG) portfolio, ROAR brings the same family values that guide REG’s hospitality, sports, travel, theater, and logistics businesses to every initiative it undertakes. “Supporting organizations like Buffalo Hearing & Speech has become part of who we are at ROAR. For 17 years, our associates have shown tremendous generosity and heart—and that spirit of caring is what truly defines our team,” said Bob Rich III, Founder & President, ROAR Logistics.

This holiday season, ROAR associates, Jenny Rockensuess, Corporate Office Manager, and Nathan Rath, ROAR Accounts Payable Manager, delivered the donations to Buffalo Hearing & Speech, closing out weeks of giving across the company. The drive reflects ROAR’s commitment to strengthening the communities where associates live and work and underscores how small acts, when combined, create an outsized impact. “Our team was thrilled to help rally support this year. Seeing everyone pitch in—both within the Accounts Payable department and across ROAR—reminds us why we love working here: we take care of our customers, and we take care of our neighbors,” said Nathan Rath, ROAR Accounts Payable Manager.

ROAR’s participation exemplifies REG’s broader mission to bring friends and families together through memorable experiences—and meaningful service. That mission extends beyond venues and events to everyday moments of kindness, collaboration, and community support.
