Chef Will has been a part of the Rich’s family for the past 14 years and is responsible for leading the day to day operations of the Campus Food Service organization and Florida Restaurants. Will was also a member of the core design team for the Innovation Center, Atrium @ Rich’s and the redesign of Dolly’s Café.
Will is a proud graduate of the Culinary Institute of America. Will continues to strengthen his craft through consistent research and menu development. He is a true believer that success with menu development and the creative process happens when you fuse together a passion for food with innovation and the essential elements of cooking.
