“Letchworth State Park and the Glen Iris Inn are beautiful, iconic settings. Our staff loves the opportunity to work with couples and personalize their special day, down to the smallest details. Best of all, the Inn provides newlyweds a place they can return for their anniversary celebration year after year,” said Denise Coffey, General Manager at the Glen Iris Inn.

Letchworth State Park Wedding Site

The main wedding ceremony site overlooks the gorgeous Middle Falls, just steps away from Glen Iris Inn. Standing at 107 feet high, Middle Falls is the largest waterfall in the park, making it a truly majestic backdrop for your wedding ceremony. Parties from 10 to 250 people can be accommodated at this venue.

Reception Sites

Terrace Dining Room/Letchworth Room at the Glen Iris Inn

The Terrace Dining Room and Letchworth Room are perfect indoor settings for intimate receptions. Both rooms feature sit-down dinner service at tables that support four to eight guests each. The Terrace Dining Room supports up to 60 guests, while the Letchworth Room can comfortably accommodate 25.

South Lawn Cathedral Tent

The South Lawn is an elegant blend of rustic charm and outdoor ambiance. This spacious tent accommodates up to 120 guests, providing ample room for dinner and dancing. Couples with larger wedding parties can add a second tent to expand the guest list to 250 attendees.

Caroline’s Courtyard

Caroline’s Courtyard is the newest addition to the Glen Iris Inn. This alfresco dining area seats up to 50 people and can be used as an additional reception space. However, the courtyard is weather-dependent, so dining options are limited.

“Last summer, we opened Caroline’s Courtyard to great success,” Denise says. “This year’s wedding season is shaping up to be another busy year, and we’re looking forward to welcoming couples in this beautiful outdoor space.”

Food Options

The Glen Iris Inn has a full team of on-site caterers ready to serve you and your guests. Wedding parties have several menu options available, including hors d’oeuvres, sit-down dinner, dessert, beverages, station party packages, dinner buffets and more. Menu fare includes high-quality dishes made from fresh products and luxury imported goods, ensuring a top-tier dining experience.

Accommodations

Letchworth State Park has several accommodations that are perfect for guests and wedding parties to use before or after festivities. The Glen Iris Inn has 11 guestrooms and four suites. The Pinewood Lodge, located on the ridge above the Inn, holds seven efficiencies. Nearby is the Pinewood Lofts, which consists of two luxury units that can each house four people. Off the main park road is Caroline’s Cottage, a private home a short distance from the Inn that houses six guests. Directly across from Inspiration Point is the Stone House, another full-house rental that accommodates eight guests. The historic Chalet House, formerly a part of Mr. Letchworth’s own estate, is just up the hill from the Inn. It too can hold eight guests.
